I have a passion for working with people and a curiosity to explore and understand the core of a problem. I formed Ong Mediation & Collaborative Law to focus on aligning my passions and skills to assist in the resolution of the most challenging and meaningful disputes.
After 30 years of law practice handling cases involving construction, personal injury, real estate, products liability, business, and catastrophic losses, I am extremely familiar with the risks and rewards of the courtroom. It is with that experience that I have created Ong Mediation & Collaborative Law for the advancement of wholistic dispute resolution.
In addition to my mediation practice and the time I devote to training new mediators, I am a leader in the development of Civil Collaborative Law and in the training of attorneys in this important growing discipline.
