Continuing Education and Personalized Training

One of my favorite services is to provide personalized training to attorneys who want to improve as advocates in mediation and to enhance their success in negotiations. After an introductory call to best understand your experience level, nature of practice, personality, and particular issues and concerns, I plan a focused and personalized  training session. Once again, I enjoyed serving as a Mediation Trainer for new mediators at Andy Little's Mediation Inc.  training in Charlotte.  This well established program provided an intensive 40 hour seminar full of practical tips, and insights and offers practical role playing experience and guidance.  

Together with Ed Lawson and the Hon. Clifton Newman I was pleased to speak at the NC/SC Bar Associations' Joint Construction Law Seminar on the Dynamics of Multi-Party Construction Law Mediations in Asheville, NC.
